Gavin Rupp “I Promise 15” Scholarship

Criteria:
Recipient must have at least a 3.0 GPA (B Average) as (a) a graduate or graduating from
a high school in Loudoun County (within last 12 months) or (b) a post-graduate pursuing a
degree. Areas of study shall be dedicated to a career interest in allied health medicine with
selection preference; post-graduate requirements for students studying pediatric cancer
treatment (oncology). Past year recipients pursuing undergraduate degrees may apply for a
renewed scholarship; post-graduate student awards are not renewable.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Completed Community Foundation universal application form;
250-300- word essay sharing why you seek to be a healthcare professional; For FAFSA/1040,
SAT/ACT scores (high school grads), letter of recommendation; and grade transcripts required.
