Mary Hanrahan Eula Miller Early Childhood Memorial Scholarship

The Northern Virginia Community College Educational Foundation and the College Financial Aid Office are pleased to announce the availability of the Mary Hanrahan and Eula Miller Memorial Early Childhood Development Scholarship.

Professor Emerita Mary Hanrahan worked at NOVA for 27 years. Mary made a number of contributions at the local, regional, and state level including helping to create a standard Early Childhood AAS degree and leading Early Childhood accreditation at NOVA.

Professor Emerita Eula Miller was the first program head for Early Childhood Development at NOVA where she worked for 37 years. Under her leadership, the program expanded to the AAS degree and multiple certificate options.
