James (Jim) Tiffany Jr. Memorial Endowed Scholarship

The Northern Virginia Community College Educational Foundation and the College Financial Aid Office are pleased to announce the availability of the James (Jim) Tiffany Jr. Memorial Endowed Scholarship.

To be eligible for the James (Jim) Tiffany Jr. Memorial Endowed Scholarship, the following criteria must be met:

• Recipient must demonstrate financial need by completing the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Recipient Aid)
• Recipient must be taking courses related to physical education, physical therapy, sports medicine, or physical training
• Recipient must be enrolled full-time
• Recipient must maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.5 (high school or college)

Preference given to students who show a high level of physical activity, such as participating in a sport or working at an athletic facility. Scholarship funds may be used for tuition, books, and supplies.
